Travelling with a disability.h2stekstlogo

It is important to travel in a pleasant way towards the house in which you are going to stay for the holiday. Within the distance of a few hundred kilometres (or miles) it would not be a problem. Further travel by car is possible for people who are able to spend the night in a hotel despite their disability. Trave lling by train or plane are very good options. But at the place of destination you must also have the option to travel as well.

Holidays and finance.h2stekstlogo

Not every disabled person can easily pay for a holiday. Costs for a volunteer, adapted transport and more expensive properties will make it difficult.
In many countries it is possible for a contribution of some bodies for the holidays to get. Or cost reduction in a different way.

Look in your own country at the possibilities for this.

For example:

Health insurance
Tax
Patient associations
